Model Release Agreement

For valuable consideration received, I, [Model Name], grant [Photographer/Studio Name] the irrevocable right to use my likeness in photographs taken on [Date] at [Location].

I authorize the use of these images, in whole or in part, for advertising, portfolio, web, social media and promotional purposes, in any medium now known or later developed.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or the use to which they may be applied. I am at least 18 years of age (or a parent/guardian is signing below).

I release the photographer from any claims arising from the use of these images, including claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
